Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using our site and/or making a booking via phone, email, or online, you indicate that you accept and agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please do not use our website or make a reservation.

Liability and Insurance

• Any damage claim must be submitted to London Cleaning Masters within 48 hours of the cleaning service visit.
• We reserve the right to deny access to confidential company documents.
• The customer will be responsible for granting London Cleaning Masters access to the property.
• We recommend that all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away and/or not cleaned by London Cleaning Masters, without accepting any liability.
• London Cleaning Masters is not responsible for any existing damage to the customer’s property in the form of burns, old stains, spills, etc. that the cleaning company cannot completely clean or remove using industry-standard cleaning methods.
• The arrival and cleaning times are estimates. Under no circumstances will London Cleaning Masters be liable for missed or canceled appointments or any other costs incurred as a result of late arrival or completion times.

Damages Claims

• London Cleaning Masters will do everything in its power not to damage any property, and it will be responsible for any replacement, loss, or damage, depending on what the Customer has agreed to with London Cleaning Masters.
• If London Cleaning Masters causes damage, London Cleaning Masters must be given the first opportunity to repair the damage.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

• Rubbish or waste removal is not included in London Cleaning Masters’ end of tenancy cleaning service and will be charged separately.
• A late fee may be charged if the customer is more than 30 minutes late and the customer agrees to such a charge.
• All prices are based on a single fridge-freezer and a single oven. If any larger and/or additional appliances are to be cleaned, the customer will be charged an additional fee at the discretion of London Cleaning Masters.
• If ladders are required to reach any areas, the need for a ladder must be specified at the time of booking. If a ladder is required, the customer will be charged an additional fee, which will be determined at the discretion of London Cleaning Masters.

Cancellations

• If you cancel your cleaning appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, London Cleaning Masters will charge you a cancellation fee of £50 plus VAT. There will be no cancellation fee charged if you cancel your cleaning appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
• London Cleaning Masters enforces a policy of a cancellation fee amounting to £30 plus VAT in the event that you decide to reschedule your cleaning appointment within 48 hours or less before the scheduled time. There will be no charges if you reschedule your service at least two days before the appointment.
• Under no circumstances will the initial booking fee or any deposit be refunded.
• If an accident or unexpected or unforeseeable circumstances arise during the cleaning, London Cleaning Masters may cancel or reschedule the service. The company will not be liable to the customer in any way if any cleaning is cancelled as a result of this clause.
• London Cleaning Masters will not be held liable for any errors in the booking. Any telephone booking will be read back to the customer to confirm the booking.
• The customer may reschedule or cancel the appointment by phone or email.

Complaints

• All booking services provided by London Cleaning Masters are deemed to have been completed to the customer’s satisfaction unless the company receives written notice of the complaint within 7 days of the booking being completed.
• Any complaint will be thoroughly investigated and resolved in a professional and timely manner.
• London Cleaning Masters will handle any complaints about the cleaning itself.
